For pools that already exist, the question is what they need. A pool remodel is the cosmetic route: new surfaces, tile, coping, decking, or a fresh liner for a structurally sound pool that looks tired. A pool renovation is the corrective one: shell repairs, equipment replacement, plumbing, and leaks. If you’re not sure which yours needs, we inspect it for free and tell you plainly, in writing.

Which service do I need: remodel or renovation?
If the pool works fine but looks dated, that's a remodel. If something is actually failing, a cracked shell, dying equipment, a leak, that's a renovation. Not sure? We inspect it for free and tell you plainly.
Do you handle the permits?
Yes. We pull the parish permits for every project we build, as part of the job.
