These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https://www.bigeasypooldesigns.com (the “Site”), operated by Big Easy Pool Designs (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About the Site
The Site is an informational and marketing website for Big Easy Pool Designs, a custom pool design, remodeling, and renovation contractor serving the greater New Orleans metro. The Site does not process payments, host user accounts, or sell products online. Services described on the Site are provided under a separate agreement between you and Big Easy Pool Designs, entered into directly with our team, not through the Site itself.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt or interfere with the Site’s operation, security, or availability, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems.

The text, images, logos, graphics, and other content on the Site belong to Big Easy Pool Designs or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. The Site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site, and GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) to process consultation form submissions. Details on how these tools collect and use information are in our Privacy Policy.
The Site may also link to third-party websites we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any linked site, and including a link does not mean we endorse it.
